At WND, we want you to feel confident and completely satisfied with every purchase. Please review our return and exchange policy before placing your order.
Return & Exchange Conditions
• Please inspect your order while the courier is present. Any return or exchange request must be submitted within 48 hours of receiving your order.
• Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition, with all original tags and packaging intact.
• A proof of purchase or order number is required for all return and exchange requests.
• Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
• For hygiene reasons, white basic items and white T-shirts cannot be opened, returned, or exchanged. We kindly recommend reviewing our size guide carefully before placing your order.
• Items that show any signs of use, washing, alteration, damage, or removal of tags will not be accepted for return or exchange.
How to Request a Return or Exchange
To request a return or exchange, please contact us through Instagram DM or email within 48 hours of receiving your order and provide:
• Your order number or proof of purchase
• Clear photos of the item
• A brief description of the reason for your request
Our team will review your request and guide you through the next steps.
Processing Time
Once the returned item is received and inspected, approved returns or exchanges will be processed within 5 working days.
